Types of Counseling Services Offered

Individual Therapy

  • For ages 16 and up
  • Therapeutic Methods Used: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Somatic Therapy
  • I am a Certified Trauma Counseling Professional

Christian Therapy

  • For ages 16 and up
  • Therapeutic Methods Used: In Christian counseling, there is an integration of spirituality and faith as a  key component  in the therapeutic process. This may include using biblical principles to guide decision-making, exploring the role of God in a person's life,  and incorporating prayer and other spiritual practices into the therapy process.
